I grew up in Ocala and lived in Vero Beach for 2 years. Been to Orlando, Tallahasee, St. Augustine, Miami, Tampa, Clearwater, Sanibel Island, Keys, Sarasota. So many places.

ReplyDeleteGreat answers, from one "Florida gal" to another who used to be!! I was born in PA, but moved to FLorida at age 6. Went to school in Tavares all 12 years. Graduated with 50 classmates. I've attended every one of our reunions, every 10 years. We had our 50th last year. We were a very close group, but now I only stay in touch with a few on Facebook. That's the way life is. The last thing I mailed was valentines to my daughter in law and grandson in Maine. I mailed them too late to get on time, but hopefully they will get them today or Tuesday, since Monday is a holiday! It's the thought that counts, right? They aren't expecting them, so it will be a surprise no matter when they get them. Loved seeing your Valentine's card from your hubby. I think that is hilarious. I may have actually given my hubby one like that one time. yes, I admit it. LOL. That's the secret to staying married for 50+ years. LOL. have a blessed weekend.

I feel the same, though back when I (and the majority of my classmates) first got on Facebook someone decided to organize our 30 year reunion and I let myself get nagged into going to at least one night of it. First and last time. 365 in the class and they got maybe 40 people and half of that was spouses.
