I am a 59-year-old 2020 graduate from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Geneseo with a BA degree in History, Christian/Registered Conservative, politically outspoken wife of 37 years to my high school sweetheart and former Marine and we have one now Heavenly son who suddenly passed away (in his sleep) on 12/11/21 at the age of 24. I can talk about him all day long, just not that day...there is nothing worse than finding your only child ...depression and great grief.
We transplanted back to western/ the Southern Tier of New York nine years ago from Alabama and recently moved perm. back to Florida in April 2022 (where we both grew up). We also shared our lives with a German Shepherd who passed away in July of 2022.
**we currently adopted (in 2024) another German Shepherd name Lily Belle aka Ms. Lily Belle.
While in NY, I was also employed with one of the fastest growing grocer/businesses in the Nation, no not Walmart.
I am now employed with the Fl. Dept of Corrections formally as a Correctional Sentence Tech. for 4 years and now as an Academic Teacher.
My head is also filled with useless information-hence the reason for the blog. {{grin}}
