Good morning...
I don't drink wine, but ok. Sounds good 😊. It's been a week, to say the least...when is it not? Then I get a bolo about the road closure due to an out-of-control burn/fire...sigh, gotta find another route to work. My husband, "Just call it a day, you got the time." Yeah...no... I now have 22 students/inmates...and still no officer.
I am wearing this today, only mine is gray. And that friends, is my general mood; It's just a bunch of hocus pocus. Just keeping it real.

ReplyDeleteYikes, road closures do make life difficult when trying to get places on time! I know you don't have a lot of other options that are good. Hopefully it's only temporary. The shirt is cute. It's Friday, and I hope it's a good day all day for you. It's supposed to rain all day, so that should make life interesting... Praying for you.

ReplyDeleteHi Linda! Such a cute shirt! Boy have I missed you! After my surgery in March I was a stick in the mud. So I am slowly blogging again and will continue with my two blogs. Another blogger shared John Lodge from the Moody Blues passed away. He was 82 but he and his wife were CHRISTIANS so I was always so fascinated how they avoided all the drugs & sex and other stuff in the 60's. I know he went to be with Our Lord. I lost a cousin last week. She was older than me but the baby in her phamily. She and her husband owned a huge property in the mountains where they rehabbed wildlife. But I do not believe they were Christians although she took tender loving care of all of God's creators. Always sad any loss. On a sweet note our girl Hannah and Jake and Ignatius will welcome a new baby this coming Spring. We are tickled. I'd say pink but if its another boy we'll be happy! Yesterday was one year since our two grandboys and our son were in that horrific car accident. They just returned from a quick Disney trip with their sister and parents. The boys have two more baseball games so this Saturday and next we will finish their season with them. Brody had broken his leg that was broken in the accident so they had to forego early baseball. Blake had an eye infection. That boy is such a trooper. They both are but Blake is such a unique kid. He's very knowledgeable of his eye injury and smart as a whip. I am happy to see you here and pray for you & David everyday. Keep keeping on and doing the very best you can. So blessed to know you. LOVE & HUGS
ReplyDeleteSometimes life does become surreal. Like it's all hocus pocus or voodoo (as I call it). A little bit of Barefoot Cabernet Sauvignon helps take the edge of that. 🤣🤣
