Welcome back to another Tuesday 4 in honor of Toni Taddeo it's founder.
1. Do you celebrate Mardi Gras or St. Patrick's Day and how do you celebrate them?
| from the Elks Club a few years ago. |
We usually go to the St. Patrick's Day parade (on the 12th this year) here in town and bar hop. However, the virus the last couple of years changed that. This year due to work, our son's passing and moving to Florida, we won't be doing anything. And we're ok with that.
2. Do you decorate for the spring in any way at all?
I did...usually put up the St. Paddys Day stuff and then Easter. Not this year, due to our move. BTW, the husband did not label any boxes, so that should be interesting when the time comes to take the items out of storage.
3. Daylight savings time doesn't make the day longer. Experts say it puts kids' health at risk as well as contribute to heart problems for adults. Arizona and Hawaii don't change times. It began as "war time" so war workers in WW2 could come home in the light. What about you though? Are you happy to see it return or not?
I wish the time would stay the same either or.
4. How has the weather been in your neck of the woods as March approaches. What would be your ideal for weather?
Right now, at 8:25 pm on a Monday evening, it is currently 25* and real feel is 20 and calling for more snow. It won't warm up usually until May here in these parts. However, I am counting the days down--right now in Florida it is 58* and the high was 70*. That sounds about right for me.
