Day 3 of Christmas

Thank you all for the kind posts and emails. Change of plans at work; I am off today and work the weekend and have 2 days off in a row (*part of the new plan between the boss and myself). Long story short, the virus has hit our warehouse crew again. I have also declined the new position, long story that requires licensing on certain equipment/rules that were recently changed. I am fine with it, had a nice talk with the bossman and told him about the *RA diagnoses. We shall work together to make good health work conditions a plus/must starting in January. ANYWAYS, enough of that onwards to good things.

Let's see what Day 3 brings us (grin)

AH, the Merry little elves at work have been busy in the employee lounge/lunchroom hallway. The photo does not do this justice. It is quite lovely.

Lovely tree as well. The Merry elves have been very busy decorating the store and it's looking quite festive. We are also allowed to wear ugly sweaters, hats, etc. and can be out of uniform for the entire month. I think the customers are quite confused, grin. LOLOL

Hope each of you have a beautiful Friday.

Day 2-Hodgepodging

 Hodgepodging on

A day late, I know...

1. When it comes to gift giving are you more of a 'create something from scratch' or a 'buy something in a shop' kind of giver?

It depends on whom I am giving it too. I do like to make homemade items such as Cookie, Candy or Coca mixes. I love Mason Jars.

Tell about a favorite homemade gift you've given or one you've received.

One year not long ago, we were so broke and poor and I made Peppermint Bark and Bonbons for every single family member. Since I had the ingredients on hand, I just followed the recipes that were on the Chip/Chocolate Bags and Cream Cheese box. I then went to the Dollar Store and bought cute bags and boxes. It was cheap.

P.S. I rather receive homemade, just saying.

2. Do you have the 'gift of gab'? Is that a blessing or a curse?

Nope. Believe it or not, I am a wallflower and prefer it to be that way. Quit laughing, LOL.

3. What's something you have going on that you need/want to 'wrap up' this month?

Snail mail.

 4. A food you love that is 'wrapped' in some way?

5. December is upon us...share something here (quote, verse, poem, song lyric, your own thoughts) related to the word hope.

 6. Insert your own random thought here.

Indeed. Think how much the world would be a better place to live in.

P.S. I am doing these posts on Tuesday (as I don't have to be to work until 4 pm) --pre posting them. If I don't get to posting / answering the comments, rest assured, I will.
