Entertaining Tea Party
Yes, folks, I have fallen behind in EVERYTHING; Email, Comments, Visiting. How about the Tuesday Meme on Wednesday. Thank you Annie for keeping this up and going.
1. Do you invite people over for coffee or tea?
Sure...but you know...this Covid and ratting out folks has folks scared.
2. Entertaining is a good way to serve others. The bible encourages it in talking about how to be a good person:
Isaiah 58: "“Is not this the kind of fasting I have chosen: to loose the chains of injustice and untie the cords of the yoke, to set the oppressed free and break every yoke? Is it not to share your food with the hungry and to provide the poor wanderer with shelter— when you see the naked, to clothe them, and not to turn away from your own flesh and blood?"
Do you entertain often?
We use too. We love to have folks over. Unfort. we have been told that our house is too clean (read that right) so my husbands family refuses to visit. Often left with scratching our heads over this.
3. What kind of refreshments do you offer to guests?

| Don't mind the mess-I am trying to hide Christmas presents, not doing a very good job at it. |
Coffee, tea, and we have a full bar aka Speak Easy too.
4. Do you enjoy tea and/or coffee? How do you take it?
Both with sugar and cream. I also like sweet tea cold with plenty of ice.
If it is in your power to entertain friends and family, do so often. People get lonely and need to be with others. You have more to offer than you know! Giving of your time and self is priceless. Indeed, Ann, I believe it.
